At Hammitt, we stand by our craftsmanship and want you to love your new piece. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to ensure a smooth and traceable transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your handbag or accessory in its original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all tags remain attached and intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
